MMI Limited can offer its customers Membrane Switch Overlays / Keypads | Overlays / Facia panels | Labels | Touch Screens along with Surface applications using Autotex AM high quality textured polyester which offers Microban® antimicrobial protection on the textured hard coated material surface.

Microban® antimicrobial technology is incorporated into the Autotex textured hard coat during the manufacturing process guaranteeing surface protection throughout the lifetime of the product to ensure that when bacteria comes into contact with the surface of the Microban® coated material the antimicrobial function disrupts the bacterial cell wall killing or inhibiting bacterial growth.

The result being that the surface of the Microban® coated material provides dependable and constant protection against bacterial contamination, some of which are as follows: -

• Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)
• Escherichia Coli 0157
• Pseudomonas aeruginosa
• Salmonella enteitidis
• Using AATCC test method 1007

The physical integrity of the coating is also resistant to chemicals, some of which are as follows: -

• Turpentine
• Diacetone alcohol
• Butyl acetate
• Acetone
• Diesel
• Bleach
